At present we only ship to Ireland, Northern Ireland, UK and Europe.
The shipping cost of your order is updated on our website as you add products to your cart.

Following receipt of an order, verification, quality check and packaging is usually completed within 1-2 hrs.
Shipping time: Depends on your location.
Delivery within Ireland and Northern Ireland takes 1-3 working days.
Delivery to UK and rest of Europe usually takes 5-7 working days.
All other delivery time frames vary per location.

Products on our site are subject to availability and delays may occur that are outside of our control. Consequently, any dates specified for delivery are therefore approximate only.
TAXES & IMPORT DUTY
Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, these costs are the responsibility of the customer.
DAMAGED & REJECTED GOODS
As the customer, you must inspect the goods within a reasonable time after their receipt; you’ll be deemed to have accepted the goods unless you notify us within 7 days that the goods are rejected. (This does not affect your statutory rights.)
If you have not notified us as above, we’ll consider the products as being of satisfactory quality, and may not accept any rejected items at a later date.
We want you to receive your Organicules products in perfect condition – as they left us. If goods purchased from us through this website have been damaged in transit we will refund or exchange them.
Return any damaged or unsatisfactory items to us in their original packaging within 7 days of receiving them:

RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
Returns should be posted to the above address within 7 days of receipt. Where the rejection of the goods is due to a defect or discrepancy in the order, you’re entitled to a full refund or replacement.
The card used for the purchase will be credited with full original purchase and delivery costs.
The faulty or damaged product must be returned to Organicules before the refund or replacement can be issued.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2 working days.
When returning items we’d recommend you hold on to proof of postage, as we can not take responsibility for any parcels that might get lost in transit.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Cancellations are accepted before the order has been dispatched. If the order has been dispatched prior to the cancellation, we cannot cancel the transaction.
You have 14 days to cancel your order following receipt of your goods, provided the seal has not been broken. Cancellation of opened goods is excluded from this cooling off period.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and post your item to:

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over €75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
